Project Brighter Path
Project Brighter Path aims at advancing health, wellness, and economic justice for Lake County residents who have been impacted by the war on drugs.
Project Brighter Path is a 3-year program serving 75 adults in Lake County by increasing access to system navigation services that will help them achieve and maintain stability and sobriety.
Project Brighter path offers evidenced-based mental health services as well as a resource connection model to adults 18+ in Lake County, who have been incarcerated at any point in life.
